I would like to thank you and your team Grant for what has to be the best relocation we’ve done. From my first enquiry to completion of the job, your team gave us the best standard of service we have ever experienced. My wife believes this was the most stress free move we have ever had. What a great concept you have Grant with 0800MrsShifter, that team was outstanding. All we had to do was change the phones, power etc .... Keep up the great service :) ... John, Remuera, AKL

Thank you for a hassle free pickup and delivery ie. Trademe/one large couch. Grant, you were so helpful and the guys who did the actual pickup/delivery really nice and careful, a professional job by all. Trademe buyers should know of you big time! It was so easy and worry free, thank you. I shall certainly pass the message on that Mr Shifter is just the best!

Hi Grant, A big thanks to your Company for making my sister''s move from Auckland to Thames an enjoyable experience. We were very impressed with Isaac and Mat who introduced themselves at the on set and were very fast, efficient, accommodating and had great senses of humour. Hello Grant, I felt I had to write somthing on your feedback about your service & especially the staff. Your company was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first enquiry right through to your follow up call. I''''m very pleased with the relocation of my offices. The job was quite overwhelming, but after meeting with both you and your operations manager I realised my move was in safe hands. The systems you use for a move with logistic nightmares such as mine are outstanding! I moved into my office only 2 years ago with another removalist company and the job took twice as long and cost 3 fold. The fee you charged was exceptional value for a job so well done. Your staff were very motivated, clean and made the relocation go without a hitch. I''m moving house at the end of the year and I can assure you that I will only use Mr Shifter. Hi Grant, I just wanted to write a quick note of HUGE THANKS to the two guys that came to help us with our move. The guys were friendly and efficient, and managed to fit a lot more into the smaller van than we thought they could. As if moving wasn''t stressfull enough anyway *%$@!@#* I locked my keys in the car (another expense) finally started heading to a mates place who had offered to store my gear, then the car broke down and to top it off, my mate who was SUPPOSED to be storing all my gear, wasnt home as arranged when the truck turned up to unload!!! Thankfully Grant and his team got some storage for me and access to a car transporter. Even at 10pm these guys really went that bit further to make the day easier. - Awesome!!! Thats service. So an great end to a hard day. I would highly recommend. I need to move again next week, are you free?.....Ha Ha ha!!Cheers Jack .B

Hi Grant, Thank you for our shift on Saturday.. your guys were fabulous and very helpful despite having to move what they said was the heaviest couch they’ve ever lifted!!!! They turned up on time and were really careful with the suite.. Kind regards, Pip
